Reporting to the head of projects, you will be part of a close team responsible for designing and implementing strategic change initiatives in the bank's middle office support function. This will involve liaising closely with business heads and devising ways of streamlining the delivery of services to the bank's front office clients.
To facilitate this, you will require a proven track record of 5-10 years experience in a similar investment banking strategy/change role, as well as first-rate financial markets product knowledge. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are also a must.
