Our client, a prestigious international bank is currently looking for an experienced Compliance Officer for their Luxembourg office.
THE ROLE
The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities: Ensure the follow up of NAV calculation errors and control of fund investment restrictions. Assist the Bank’s internal and external clients on Compliance matters Main point of contact for Fund Managers, Auditors and CSSF. Ensure the accuracy of the compliance reviews and put in place the necessary corrective actions and legal reporting in case of investment breaches.
THE PROFILE
Minimum BAC +3 in Finance. Several years experience in Fund Compliance. Deep knowledge of Financial Products. Fluent in French and English (German being a plus).
