Due to expansion my client are looking to grow their interest rate desk, so this is a great opportunity to join an expanding company.
The ideal candidates:
Experienced interest rate options broker

• "Must" have a thorough understanding of Interest rate options vanilla or exotic options.
• Ideally you will be working at a broking house or on a sales desk with an Investment Bank.
• You will have institutional market contacts.
• Educated to degree standard.

Junior interest rate options broker

• You will have at least 1 years experience within Interest Rate derivatives either as a junior broker or within a middle office/back office role with either a brokerage or Investment Bank.
• Have a good understanding of listed or OTC options
• have an understanding of the indusrty as a whole
• Ideally have some client facing experience
• Educated to degree standard
• Be outgoing and personable
• Have a strong character and the drive to succeed

Within either role you must be bright, confident with a "people’s person character"
