Responsibilities:

• Supervise the Cash Transaction Processing team with activities such as cash payment, cash collection, cash transfer etc.
• Maintain and execute control measures to ensure the quality of day-to-day activities
• Develop and maintain service standards
• Provide training and coaching to team members
• Review and improve internal and external cash processing facilities

Requirements:

• Tertiary education
• At least 3 years of relevant functional and managerial experience
• Understanding of HK and US cash clearing systems
• Knowledge of rules and regulations such as Client Money Rules, Client Securities roles is preferrable
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
